Our History
The Khait Al Awal is a 39-year-old kandora tailoring house with deep roots in Emirati tradition. Established in 1986 in West Baniyas by two visionary brothers, Faiz Ahmed bin Ramadan and Wilayat bin Ramadan, the shop began as Faiz & Wilayat Tailoring. Their dedication to fine craftsmanship and authentic Emirati tailoring quickly earned them the trust of their community.
Over nearly four decades, Khait Al Awal has grown from a modest neighborhood shop into a respected name in kandora tailoring, known for its precision, quality fabrics, and attention to detail. Today, the legacy continues under the leadership of the third generation of the founding family, who are blending tradition with modern tailoring techniques to meet the needs of a new era while preserving the heritage of the Emirati kandora.
